Very hard to find original movie theater herald for HOW COULD YOU JEAN? (1918) starring America's Sweetheart MARY PICKFORD. "A pretty love story in which things get terribly mixed but Jean straightens them out to the satisfaction of all present." An Artcraft Star Attraction. This is from THE BUTLER THEATRE in Tonopah, Nevada. Based on a novel by Eleanor Hoyt Brainerd, scenario by Francis Marion, directed by William D Taylor. Cast was Mary Pickford as Jean Mackaye, also appearing was Casson Ferguson, Herbert Standing, Spottiswoode Aitken, Fanny Midgley, Larry Peyton, Zazu Pitts, Mabelle Harvey, Lucille Ward. "Cooking is not a romantic pastime for a perfectly nice rich girl, but there are times when it has its charm, ask Jean." It's 8.25 inches tall, and 11 inches wide when opened up.
