Very hard to find original movie theater herald for THE VARMINT. "The Greatest Boarding School Story Ever Written." The Varmint is a lost 1917 American comedy silent film directed by William Desmond Taylor, written by Gardner Hunting and Owen Johnson, and starring Jack Pickford (brother of Mary Pickford), Louise Huff, Theodore Roberts, Henry Malvern, Ben Suslow, Milton Schumann, Maurice Kessell, Manfield Stanley, Miriam Comer, Ed. Sedgwick. It was released on August 5, 1917, by Paramount Pictures. When opened up completely, it’s 8.3 x 11 inches. Used condition, handle with care, many edge tears and fold-overs, and a tear near the natural fold line.
