Very scarce historical document!
Original 1921 El Paso resident photo ID card, six month residency signed by the Mayor whose signature looks like R.C. Reu....?, I do not see this name on the Wikipedia list of El Paso Mayors, so I am unsure who this actually is, possibly a Mayor Pro Tem. Can anyone tell me who it is?
Consulado General De Mexico El Paso, Texas. Signature looks like J. Oliverno. A diagonal stamp on the Consular side reads "HEAD TAX" "Assessable" April 11, 1922.
The name for the ID card looks like A. Meureau.
