Contains the 1943 WWII war-time rationing OPA Regulations Statement! OPA is the Office Of Price Administration that issued ration stamps and set maximum pricing allowed for restaurants so that over-inflated high prices would not occur during the war. Meat was in very short supply and restaurants had to limit their meat somehow so they came up with meatless days and other clever marketing ideas.

Condition: Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant-bar, so there may be writing, wear & tear, spots, stains, creases, etc. So please examine the images closely! Some small edge tears.
