Hard to find original 1948 menu from Long Champ Dining Salon on Highway 60 & 66, Amarillo, Texas. Cool illustrated cover of a fish wearing a Texas hat and smoking a cigar saying "If it swims, we have it". When open, the size is 12x20 inches. Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant, so there may be writing, wear and tear, spots, stains, crinkles and creases, etc., so please examine the images closely. inventory# b26-9.
