Hard to find original Friday August 25, 1950 menu from Schiek's Cafe restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Frederick Schiek was the original owner. In 1950 it was owned by Benjamin N. Berger, who was the owner of the Minneapolis Lakers. Closed in 1971. Several unknown signatures on the cover (maybe singers ?). "Don't miss our next show featuring Schiek's Singing Sextette, in songs and music from popular musical comedies, 2 complete shows every night, 3 on Saturday." George E. Ramsey was the manager, John R. Kuchen was the chef. When open, the size is 12x18 inches. Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant, so there may be writing, wear and tear, spots, stains, crinkles and creases, etc., so please examine the images closely. Used condition with stains, etc. inventory# b21-7.
