OPS... Contains the 1950's Korean War rationing OPS Regulations Statement! OPS was the Office Of Price Stabilization that set maximum pricing allowed for restaurants so that over-inflated high prices would not occur during the war when certain foods like meat were in short supply. The OPS statement was printed on menus to show they were in compliance with the rationing regulations.
