Hard to find original Sheraton-Universal Hotel lunch menu for "The Four Stages" restaurant in Universal City, California.

I would estimate the pricing to be from the late 1960s.

The Sheraton Universal opened in 1969 to accommodate the growing number of guests to the Universal City Tour and included "The Four Stages" restaurant with four themed rooms; The Captain's Deck, Grenadier Room, Marco Polo Room, and Gold-Rush Room. Remodeled and renamed to "Telly" in 1978 in honor of Telly Savalas.

Large menu size is 13.8 x 17 inches when open. Very good, please examine the images for a better idea of condition, there may be wear & tear, spots, etc.

For those who like to know where things come from...

Provenance: These menus came from the collection of Andrew "Max" Kacik, Maitre D' at several fine restaurants such as the Brown Derby and Musso & Frank.

In addition to the menu, you will receive a copy of an article that has a photo of Max (on the far left, c1970). You will also receive a copy of a family letter relating provenance information about the history of the menu collection.
