Hard to find original Wine List menu from Casa Madrid, California. I can't find the city for this restaurant, I found one in Pleasanton, Ca. but all the menus from this collection were from the Los Angeles area, so if you know where this was from, please let me know.
I would estimate the prices to be from the late 1960's.
Size is 9 x 11 inches.
Please examine the images for a better idea of condition, there may be wear & tear, spots, etc. Horizontal fold mark.

Provenance: These menus came from the collection of Andrew "Max" Kacik, Maitre D' at several fine restaurants such as the Brown Derby and Musso & Frank.
In addition to the menu, you will receive a copy of an article that has a photo of Max (on the far left, c1970). You will also receive a copy of a family letter relating provenance information about the history of the menu collection.
