1960's Tiki Statue Menu CROUCHING LION INN Restaurant Kaaawa Oahu Hawaii

Original 1960's era menu from the CROUCHING LION INN in Kaaawa, Hawaii. Does anyone know who the girl is, and where this Tiki statue is/was? Crouching lion burger $1.30, Kamaaina Special $2.25, Island mahi-mahi $2.35, New York luncheon steak $3.50, grilled teriyaki steak $2.50. This menu is 12.5 inches tall, 10 inches wide when open. Used condition, light corner crease mark. Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant, there may be writing, wear and tear, spots, stains, crinkles and creases, etc., so please ask questions and examine the images closely before your purchase.
