Here are two blueprints from Donal D. Engen Architect from Encino California for the proposed "Anaheim Recreation Center" at the corner of Rio Vista Avenue and East Lincoln Avenue. This petition was to be presented to the County Of Orange Courthouse Board Of Supervisors by the neighborhood homeowners showing their approval for the Master Plan. One blueprint is the "Perspective" rendering, the other is the "Master Site Plan". I am unsure if this was ever built or not, but I don't think so because at this location now is a Del Taco & shopping strip mall!
Good condition, wear & tear, spots, moisture marks. 30 x 42 inches.
