Hard to find original 1969 menu from the Sheraton-Universal Hotel in Universal City, California.
I would estimate the pricing to be from the late 1960s, the printer code suggests 1969.
Size is 11 x 15 inches when open.

Provenance: These menus came from the collection of Andrew "Max" Kacik, Maitre D' at several fine restaurants such as the Brown Derby and Musso & Frank.
In addition to the menu, you will receive a copy of an article that has a photo of Max (on the far left, c1970). You will also receive a copy of a family letter relating provenance information about the history of the menu collection.
