Hard to find original large menu from the late 1970's or the early 1980's for the Jewish style Gaiety Delicatessen Restaurant, 448 South Indian Avenue, Palm Springs, California. Looks like this menu was signed by the owners, Stan & Esther Youngerman! They owned another extremely popular Gaiety Deli that opened in 1955 on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. This menu does not state a location, but the phone number 714-323-5691 on the menu is historically from Orange County and the Palm Springs area, and the prices are from the 1970's or 1980's. The Palm Springs location opened in 1978. When open, the size is 16x20 inches. Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant, so there may be writing, wear and tear, spots, stains, crinkles and creases, etc., so please examine the images closely.
