Size is 8.5 x 11 inches, closed. 82 pages of photographs, the only text is on the first page and next to the photos. So there is about 80-84 photographs all together.
Condition - The cover shows wear and small stains, creased corners. Binding is very good, interior pages are very nice and clean. No writing, no tears.
