Very hard to find 1979 Easter Breakfast menu from the HALEKULANI HOTEL. "Artist Ramsey Berman captures the tranquility of this unique garden haven, which has welcomed families for Easter breakfast since becoming the Halekulani Hotel in 1917. The hotels historic main building sits on the site of the original Lewers family home; it was completed in 1931." The Buffet included solo papaya wedges, peach and pear halves, pineapple spears, fresh stewed prunes, chilled island nectar of passion fruit, guava and pineapple, tomato and orange juice, assorted muffins, coffee cake, hot cross buns, Halekulani Popovers, soft scrambled fresh island eggs, farm fresh pork sausage, hashbrowns, creamed chicken supreme, grilled ham, coffee, tea, Sanka, all for $5.75! You could also get the Halekulani Eggs Benedict (this is what I would have chosen, sounds yummy), half solo papaya, juice or sliced pineapple, poached fresh island egg on toasted English muffin with sliced breast of turkey, ham, and topped with delicious hollandaise sauce; garnished with asparagus spears, Halekulani Popover and coffee, all for $5.25! Size is 11 x 9.5 inches when closed, or a pretty big size of 25 x 9.5 inches when opened up! Used condition. Most of our menus were actually used in the restaurant, there may be writing, wear and tear, spots, old smell, stains, crinkles and creases, etc., so please ask questions and examine the images closely before your purchase.
