Very hard to find!
Date: 1979.
Restaurant: Fish House. (I believe this may be from the Clearwater Fish House, the menu was printed by Seminole Press in Florida and there was a smaller Clearwater Fish House menu in the same collection of menus we acquired. One of the attached cards says "Direct to the Fish House")
