Hard to find original 1979 menu from THE LITTLE KRAUT in Red Bank, New Jersey, at the Railroad Station. Chef - Owner Dieter Bornemann. Includes a recipe for German Potato Pancakes. It's a smaller tri-fold menu at 8.5 inches tall, 11 inches wide when open. Used condition, crease mark across the middle.
