This is the Kern River Project Dedication album from April 1, 1980. It includes two newspaper articles about the new "Hot Plate" oil recovery method. A letter from the president of Hopco - Barber Heavy Oil Process, Franklin Wimer, explains the project and it's large turnout. The 12 photographs are real photos that have been attached to the page. There are some age spots on some of the pages. 13 pages total in a leather binder with gilt lettering.
