Date: 1980's.
Restaurant: The Happy Clam Seafood Restaurant.
Location: I believe this is from the Colonial Beach, Virginia restaurant because the logo matches perfectly with their signage.
Size when open: 11 x 17 inches - tri-fold card stock menu.
