Very hard to find! An original menu from L'Escale Restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana!
This was possibly the most controversial and most expensive restaurant in New Orleans! 1982 is the year they opened, the minimum dinner price (Prix Minimum) was $55 at the time. The Prix Fixe was $95 and was basically a "chef's tasting menu". Because of it's size, I am unsure if this is the actual menu, or a souvenir menu. If you ate there back then, let me know. Now closed.
