Date: Tuesday, August 12, 1986.
Restaurant: Rusty Pelican.
Location: Multiple locations - most likely Southern California - my guess is Newport Beach because there were a lot of Laguna Beach and Newport Beach menus in this collection.
Size when open: 12 x 22 inches - 3 panel, tri-fold glossy coated card stock menu.
