Original vintage menu from PUT'N ON THE RITZ, the location is not stated, but a customer told me this was on Butterfield Road between the Oakbrook Mall and the Yorktown Mall. This large menu is 17.5 inches tall, 22 inches wide when open. Used condition, folded.
