Very scarce Shell Oil Company booklet with map from May 1978. West Coast Operations, Sacramento Production Unit. 22 pages plus a color fold-out map. Subjects include; Sacramento Basin Gas Play, Wild Goose Sands, Moreno Sands, Starkey Sands, Winters Sands, gorge traps, geysers, Magma heat source, statistics, graphs, and more. There are several maps, one is a large fold-out map of the Steelhead and Sacramento River Pipelines with hand drawn highlight coloring. Small indent mark on the rear cover shows on almost each page in some degree, it did not penetrate, no holes, just a crease type mark. Rear cover shows wear and marks. Otherwise very good condition. Size is 8.5 x 11 inches.
