Dexter was an important rare & ancient firearms dealer who published many works on the subject including his 1947 two volume work, 35 YEARS SCRAPBOOK OF ANTIQUE ARMS, it is considered an essential reference in the field, often cited in high-end auction listings. This catalog was privately printed in a small print runs for his special customers, no copies were found in library holdings. This is possibly the only extant copy available!
