Closed! At this address now is the Capital Skyline Hotel which opened in 1962!
Their signature drink was the "Boulschaute".

This large thick menu is 12.5 x 15 inches and has a foam interior. Used, please examine the images closely, there may be writing, wear & tear, spots, stains, creases, etc. Bending at the bottom edge, some deterioration of the foam on the edge.
